I do three things. I build 3D product configurators. I design and build online shops. And I fix the search problems that stop the right buyers finding them. I work with UK makers, sellers and growing service firms, and you deal with me from the first call to launch.
01 / Interactive 3D
3D product configurators
A configurator lets a buyer pick sizes, colours and parts, and see the result in 3D in their browser. It checks that the choices work together, shows a price, and sends the order to checkout or a quote. I have built configurator software since 2017, including five years leading a platform deployed for more than 20 UK businesses.
02 / Ecommerce
Ecommerce websites
I build shops on Shopify, WooCommerce and WordPress. That covers how the range is laid out, the product pages, the checkout, links to your other systems and a launch you can measure. The same person designs and builds, so nothing gets lost between teams.
03 / Search
SEO and performance
An audit is only useful if the fixes get done. I find what stops search engines reading your site, then fix it: how pages are found and indexed, how the site is laid out, how fast it loads, and which page should answer which search.
Industry focus: salon furniture
I have worked with salon furniture manufacturers and retailers since 2017, on websites, interactive 3D and the business software behind them. Read about salon furniture websites and configurators.
Which service do you need?
- Your products are hard to explain with photos. They come in many sizes, finishes or parts, and buyers keep asking the same questions. Start with a configurator.
- Your shop is slow, dated or hard to manage. Orders are lost at checkout, or simple changes need a developer. Start with the ecommerce site.
- Your site is fine, but few people find it. Pages are missing from Google, or rank for the wrong searches. Start with an SEO audit.
Many projects need more than one of these. A new configurator needs a product page that loads fast and can be found in search. A shop move needs a redirect plan so you keep the visits you already have. I plan them together so one part does not undo another.
Not sure where to start? Send a short note with your site and what is not working. I will tell you which of these I would do first, and what I would leave for later.
How a project runs
- Brief. We agree the goal, the audience and what success looks like, in numbers where possible.
- Scope. You get a written scope, timeline and cost for the agreed work.
- Design and build. Work happens in short, reviewable stages, on a staging site you can see.
- Launch. Releases are tested on real devices, measured, and handed over with documentation.
- Support. Ongoing improvements and maintenance if you want them.

Every engagement starts with an agreed scope. My terms of business explain how projects are agreed, paid for and handed over.
