Tell me about your project: a 3D product configurator, an ecommerce website, or an SEO problem. You’ll hear back from me directly, not from a sales team.

What helps me reply usefully
- What you sell, and who buys it
- What you want to change, and how you’ll know it worked
- Your current platform, such as Shopify, WooCommerce or WordPress
- Any timing or budget you’re working to (optional)
Use the enquiry form above, or email niall@niallarnfield.com. I’m based in Manchester and work with clients across the UK.

What I can help with
- 3D product configurators for products that come in many sizes, finishes or parts
- Ecommerce websites on WordPress, WooCommerce or Shopify, from new builds to careful redesigns
- SEO work, from technical fixes and site moves to pages that answer what your buyers search for
What happens after you get in touch
- I reply
I read every message myself and reply within two working days. If your project looks like a good fit, I will suggest a short call.
- A short call
We talk about what you sell, what is not working now, and what a good result would look like for you.
- A written summary
After the call, I send a plain written summary. It sets out what I think you need, what I would leave out, the steps in order, and a fixed quote where the scope is clear enough to price. If it is not clear yet, I will say so and suggest a small first step instead.
If I am not the right person for the job, I will tell you. Where I can, I will point you to a better option, even if that means a plugin or an off-the-shelf tool rather than custom work.
Before you write
You do not need a full brief. A few lines about your products and your goal are enough to start. If you would like to get your thoughts in order first, the configurator brief template lists the questions I usually ask, and the work page shows the kind of projects I take on.
Who I usually work with
Most enquiries come from makers and sellers of products with lots of options, such as furniture, lighting and equipment for trade buyers. Others come from shops that want a faster site, a cleaner checkout or more visits from search. Small teams are welcome. You do not need a big budget or an in-house developer to ask a question.
